 Our organic herb gardenBehind the restaurant, scattered in our garden, we have created different places where we grow our own organic herbs; without using pesticides and insecticides, and fertilized with worm compost produced from the organic waste from our restaurant. Little signs indicate the name of each herb and its provenance, so you can auto-guide yourself along around 20 known or more exotic species of herbs that grow in this fresh climate. During lunch and dinner you can find these herbs on your plate, as ingredients as well as decoration. Before each meal is prepared and served, our chef harvests the necessary herbs and some vegetables such as arugula and spinach. All the decoration on your plate, even the flowers, are edible. So, come to our cloud forest lodge and enjoy our very fresh servings in a beautiful setting.
