Next to our Gallery we have our new restaurant Le Tapir, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner or just a good coffee or fresh fruit juice while looking out for hummingbirds and quetzals. Our chef prepares you fresh home-made pasta dishes and delicious plates decorated with fresh organic herbs from our own herb garden.

Enjoy a lunch with a beautiful view in this cozy and modern glass restaurant, or enjoy the warmth of the ethanol chimneys with a look over our illuminated garden during the chilly nights.

The restaurant is open 7 days a week, from 7.00 AM to 9.00 PM During opening hours breakfast, lunch or dinner à la carte can be ordered. Breakfast is included in the rates and served between 7.00 AM and 9.00 AM, lunch is open from 12.00 MD until 3.00 PM and dinner is served between 5.30 PM and 9.00 PM.
